Letting
Aird Cottage is only let by the week – Saturday to Saturday.
Arrivals / departures
Arrive from 4.00pm onwards on Saturday; depart before 10.00am on the following Saturday.
deposit
A deposit of £150 per rented week secures your reservation. This will be returned to you after your holiday. If your electricity usage is more than £100, any cost above £100 will be deducted from your deposit. The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled – See Terms & Conditions
Payment timings
Rents are payable in full six weeks before the start of the let.
bed linen
Bed linen is not provided. Guests must bring their own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
